Example conversation:
Caller: “Hi, I’d like to check availability for this week.”
Agent: “Certainly. Are you looking to book a consultation or follow up on something?”
Caller: “A consultation, ideally.”
Agent: “No problem. I can see Thursday at 4:00pm or Friday at 11:30am. Which suits you better?”
Caller: “Thursday, please.”
Agent: “You’re now booked for Thursday at 4:00pm. I've emailed you a confirmation.”
